Nicky a fait son chemin à travers le service de restauration du porte-drapeau aérienne irlandaisAerLingus au poste de chef de la restauration, qu’elle tenait jusqu’à ce qu’elle quitte l’entreprise en 2002 pour former OnboardLogistics.
Sa grande expérience dans la restauration aérienne, acquise en Irlande et en Amérique du Nord, lui donne une connaissance inégalée des exigences imposées à l’équipage et les défis en matière de restauration à bord auxquels les compagnies aériennes sont confrontées. Elle a créé une logistique pour résoudre ces problèmesà bord.
Nicky a une expérience de la gestion des RH supérieurs, et était responsable de la négociation des contrats avec les fournisseurs. Elle comprend donc le processus de signature des contratsd’approvisionnement avec les compagnies aériennes.

Par exemple, afin de faire face aux exigences de la prestation de services de classe affaires sur un volde 45 minutes entre Dublin et Londres, il est venu avec l’idée d’une cuisine de bord à la porte deux sur le A321.

Tommy Walsh est un inventeur de carrière et concepteur.
